Using the Certified Color Expert (CCE) tried & true methods, we can work together either in person or virtually (in most cases). We can bring your home up to its best so you’ll be able to enjoy it yourself & share your home with others as well if that’s something you’ve been putting off due to not being exactly happy with your home’s look/vibe.

Offering eStaging Services, within the Continental USA, to be able to assist as many home sellers as possible, all while saving the seller money (you don’t have to pay for my travel, food & really nice hotel stay…wink).
Walking the seller step by step through the property as to what needs to be done to get the home showing at its best. In a competitive housing market, time is of the essence (as they say).

SPRUCE offers in-person Design, Staging & Organizing Services on a limited basis in the NE Florida area. Clients include: Homeowners, Renters, Realtors, Airbnb/Income Property Owners.
FYI…eDesign, eStaging & eOrganizing may be the best solution for you even if you’re in the NE Florida area. You may find that virtual works best with your timeline and/or budget.
