This antique button (ca. 1880-1918) set with black crystals & black beads can certainly be worn dressed up or down. Its adjustable chain closure allows an est. 3 inches of play.

The necklace at its shortest is just shy of approx. 10 inches. The medallion button & its fitting is a bit larger than 1” long & right at an inch in width at its largest point. The photos show both the front & back of the medallion/button.
